Muscles for Mommies is a Personal Training service that educates, motivates, and guides busy moms of all ages through the journey to a happier and healthier life.

Objective: As a busy mom of my beautiful baby girl, I understand the difficulties of juggling household duties, work,  taking care of children, and trying to stay in shape. I created Muscles for Mommies to help on-the-go moms of all ages to stay fit, healthy and beautiful.

Mission: To create an individualized nutrition and exercise plan in order to achieve client's specific needs and goals.

Why choose On-Line Training: On-Line Personal Training services are perfect for busy women who want to work out on their own, on their own time and at their own preferred location. Whether it's at home or at your local gym, you will have my professional personalized training plan designed specifically for you and your training goals. 


E-mail Personal Training

An on-line Personal Trainer offers fitness training on-line via e-mails, initial phone or one-on-one support. On-line Personal Training offers you the flexibility of having a Certified Personal Trainer to help you achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. 

The On-Line Personal Training includes individualized Personal Training program e-mailed to you once a week, changing the program as your body adapts to each successive workout. Your program will be reviewed and revised each week to keep you on track and make sure your body is always progressing, getting you closer to your exercise goals.


E-mail Diet Plan

You will receive a personalized on-line nutrition plan to help assist you in your workouts in order for you to reach your fitness goals.

 



Fitness Assessment

An initial 30-60 minutes consultation is necessary for me to know your body and understand what goals you are trying to accomplish. We will cover your medical history, any injuries, and your health and fitness goals. We will begin as soon as the package you select is paid for.

I also recommend bringing or e-mailing pictures of yourself (front, back, profile) with minimal clothing, for me to assess your current state.


Personal Workout Program

Your fitness and nutritional program will be e-mailed to you within 4 business days of completing the fitness assessment. The exercise program will also include videos of the exercise selected for you, in order to perform the exercise with proper form.


Continuous E-mail Support

You will have unlimited e-mail access to me over the course of the service agreement. I will respond to your e-mail within 2 business days. If you call and leave a voice mail, I will respond within 1 business day.



PRICING:

8 WEEK TRAINING $200

16 WEEK TRAINING $360

6 MONTHS TRAINING $510

 

Your training will begin as soon as the package you selected is paid for in full.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: You may pay with cash or check prior to your first On-Line Personal Training session.

REFUND POLICY: Once the training package is purchased, refunds can not be made. I will make sure that you receive all the On-line Training services that have been paid for.
